What we collect
When you apply or join the waitlist, we collect your name, email, phone number for a callback, the ZIP code where help is needed, and your description of the help wanted. We do not ask for income. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message. Share only information you have permission to provide. Please do not send medical records, payment details, or home entry codes through these forms.
Your private client portal
For active clients, we store your account details, home address, service preferences, visit records, work photos, and messages. Home access instructions and entry codes are available only to the admin and staff assigned to your home. Your service photos and messages are private to you and your assigned team. Feedback is also kept in the home’s staff instructions to guide future work.
Firebase Authentication keeps you signed in on a trusted device. Use Sign out on shared devices. We send account invitations and messages about changes that need your attention; home entry codes are never included in those emails.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, review applications and manage the waitlist, check whether we can help in your area, and contact you about available visits. Applying or joining the waitlist does not guarantee service or a particular start date. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and service providers
Our website and form records use Google Firebase. If you choose texts, our messaging provider processes your phone number and messages to deliver receipts, replies, and appointment reminders. Google Calendar handles planning invitations and Google Meet links. You can reply STOP to stop texts; text permission is optional. Our email delivery provider processes the information needed to deliver confirmations and notify our team. Access to submissions is limited to authorized people and service providers who support these functions.
Security and technical information
We use encrypted connections and restrict database access. To prevent abuse, we process limited technical information such as request timing and a hashed network address. Hosting providers may also keep security and access logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and tracking
We record advertising source information included in the page link, such as campaign names and Google click identifiers, with your application or email request. This helps us understand which ads bring suitable inquiries. We do not add analytics cookies. Essential technical processing supports hosting, security, and form submission.
Retention and your choices
We keep application and waitlist records while your request remains active and contact messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing our team. We may retain information when required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
