About this website

This website explains our services and lets you ask for help in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding Tampa Bay communities in Florida.

Applications and availability

Applying or joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a service agreement, reserve a place, guarantee acceptance, or commit you to a purchase. We check whether we can provide the help you need in your area. Your parent must agree to the plan.

The first 30 days for five selected families

The offer is for five selected families, with requests due October 31, 2026, and visits beginning December 1, 2026. Applications may close earlier when those families are selected. Selected families receive 30 days with no service or setup charge. We agree on the help, visit schedule, and hours before service starts. Household purchases are separate from the free service.

Any household purchases or other expenses must be discussed and agreed separately. Continuing after the first 30 days requires agreement on a paid plan. We agree on the ongoing price before the first visit. Prices depend on the support your parent wants. Any later service agreement will set out payment and cancellation terms.

Nonmedical support

We provide company and everyday help agreed in your plan. We do not provide medical treatment, give medication, help with bathing, dressing, toileting, or lifting, or respond to emergencies. We agree on which services to include before visits begin.

Information on the site

The services we offer may change. Your service plan states what we have agreed to provide. The companionship image was generated with AI. It shows an example scene, not an actual client, employee, or visit.

Appropriate use

Provide accurate information and use the forms only for your own genuine inquiry. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone else, or attempt to interfere with the website or access another person’s information.

Website content

The Prime Home Operations name, logo, and original website content may not be reused in a way that misrepresents an affiliation with the business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
